Meetings

Welcome to one of the best conference facilities in town! We have converted our stables, only yards away from the hotel, into our little Conference Centre – close at hand and yet conveniently separate from the guest rooms.


BREAKS
 The lounge adjacent to your meeting room is available for coffee/tea breaks. For stretching your legs and breathing some fresh air our conference courtyard is perfect. We also recommend relaxation in the spa after your meeting.


 LUNCH aND DINNER
 Lunch is served virtually outside the door, in one of Copenhagen’s cosiest Italian restaurants - La Rocca. Weather permitting, try enjoying your meal in our peaceful courtyard!

Also dinner is served at La Rocca, where it is possible comfortably to accomodate larger parties. Would you rather eat Spanish or sushi? Restaurants Pintxos and Sticks’n’Sushi are close at hand.

Conference organisers will have access to all necessary AV equipment. Any extras may be added according to your needs.

Parking

You do not have to worry about finding a parking space, because at Hotel Kong Arthur we have our own car park and free parking is inlcuded in all conference packages.

Park your car and report to reception. They will hand you a parking permit.

Conference- and meeting facilities up to 60 persons in Copenhagen city. The Conference area is situated in a very quiet courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. All the conference rooms are equipped with up-to-date AV, IT - and air-condition. In connection with the conference facilities there is a lounge and a courtyard fitted with atrium corridors. Parking is free of charge to our conference guests. Read about our meeeting packages, which includes overnight stays and dinner at one of the attached restaurants.
